COMMERCIAL AND PARKING STRUCTURES LDA has rehabilitated contemporary commercial structures for revitalization and reuse. The scope of the work has included new façade treatments, new signage programs and additions to shopping center buildings. LDA has designed new parking structures in Louisville, Kentucky as part of the Broadway Brown Partnership and in Station Square in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania part of the Station Square Development. New parking garages have been designed to respond to their specific environment. Brick facades complimented the garage in Louisville while exposed industrial steel construction responded to Pittsburgh’s Industrial Heritage at Station Square. Each garage served 400 cars. |
